A Discussion on Pagan Leadership
This workshop is intended to provide space for leaders in the pagan community to share ideas about structures successful in their circles and to brainstorm ways to better meet the many challenges we face. In the workshop we will discuss qualities of a successful leader, hierarchical vs. co-creative dynamics, group organization, stages of group development, and tools for conflict resolution. Come ready to listen and share!

I am member Hearthfire, a group that meets regularly to celebrate the wheel of the year together. My spiritual path is eclectic. I have a passion for teaching and learning and have enjoyed teaching children and adult religious education classes and participating in a variety of pagan groups over the past several years!
