Facilitated by Kay
Kay is a third generation herbalist. She is the owner and operator of Truely Unique in Wilson NC where she has over two hundred herbs and teas at her disposal. She not only sells herbs at her store but she also works with them in her everyday life from cooking, crafts, and creating different types of teas for a variety of uses.
Kay started working with herbs at a very young age and continues her education by carefully studying herbs and there properties. She traveled to Puerto Rico to learn about different herbs used in the Caribbean Islands and has adopted some of these herbs in her everyday cooking and brewing. Learning is a never-ending experience for Kay.
